Welcome to How to Eat Well. We firmly believe that by eating real food in a more natural state, you will  feel better, maintain a healthy weight more easily and have more energy.  My name is Wendy Gay and I have been interested in food for years,   I have three children,  and  have a day job that keeps me busy, but my passion is to  see clients for nutritional advice and use my weight loss program.  I am a qualified life coach who loves food, and eating is one of my favorite pastimes !  I really love eating , making and enjoying food! I enjoy my dinner and lunch and I am not the type of person that eats just to fuel my body,  you know the type, where they forget to eat !  Nothing wrong with that , but its not me.  I love flavours, and I like to really taste my food and really enjoy it. I’m not someone who eats to function.  I work with clients one-on-one using my life coaching skills which are invaluable, and combine this with my nutritional therapy experience to provide a service that is really unique to you.


I offer an 8 week course that consists of the following;

  1. Initial Nutritional assessment.
  2. Motivational work.
  3. Mid week check in via text, each week.
  4. 30 to 40 min weekly session, that may consist of recipes and will measure progress and keep you motivated to get you to where you want to be.
  5. Weigh in and BMI check.

Everyone is different and sometimes I will vary sessions depending on your needs.  I do promise to help you to get to where you need to go, and support you all the way.

Clients are losing up to a stone in that time, and are booking a second 8 weeks course.
