Chocolate Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 8 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2 tablespoons of Cocao
  • 1\4 cup of minxed buts
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds ( Linwoods have a great selection of milled seeds)
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • Dessicated Cococut

Method:

Soak the dates in warm water,  then add all the ingredients in a magimix or similar food processor, whiz till all the ingredients  are well combined.  Wash your hands,  and use then to form balls with the mixture between your palms.  Roll in dessicated coconut and enjoy!
