This recipe is so easy and will leave your house smelling amazing.  Its easy to make and is full of beautiful flavours,  flour free and vegatarian friendly.

Instructions
  1. Wash the carrots, and grate them in your blender
  2. Move them to a mixing bowl and add the 4 eggs
  3. Mix in the Almond Flour
  4. add all the spices, and mix in throughly
  5. Add the Orange rind, and sqeeze the juice and set it aside
  6. Add the mixture to a circular cake tin 24 cms diameter. but you could use any dish available, cooking times may vary with different dimensions.
  7. Cook at 180 C for approx one hour
